PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Actions taken upon award of the project
1.
An A.D.S. project manager is assigned to the project
2. The A.D.S. customer is requested to provide
information for scope of work
a. Fill out A.D.S. information form
b.
Provide a manufacturer's quote or stock length take-off. (This
will be used
for
reference purposes only.)
c.
Provide a list of the known "not included items"
d.
Provide documentation concerning exceptions and deviations
3. All documents are reviewed, and a list of job
specific questions are developed, then
sent to your designated contact
4. A "kick off" and/or coordinating meeting with your
estimator/project manager will
be scheduled
5. The "kick-off" meeting will take place via
telephone conference call
